We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/ exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email, address, name, and other information needed to carry out a Service offered by Stickerspace, which is submitted to us at the point of placing an order or through the registration process at the Site. Personal Information does not include publicly available information.

1. Information Collected by Technology

Stickerspace collects the following categories of personal information: (1) contact information including your name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code; (2) authentication information, including the user name and password that you use to register an account on the Site; (3) financial information for payment processing purposes (See Section 1.2); (4) comments, reviews, suggestions; (5) personal preferences including product preferences, online preferences, and interests; and (7) online behavior information including online activity, preferences, and time spent viewing features.

Stickerspace collects and processes the minimum amount of Personal Information from you that is necessary to the purposes of our information processing activities and retains such information only if required to fulfill such purposes. Our information processing activities include conducting our business, customer communications and support, user verification, payment processing, shipping, quality management service, site maintenance and improvements, and complying with legal requirements. Where applicable, if Stickerspace intends to further process your personal information for a purpose other than that for which the personal information was initially collected, Stickerspace shall, prior to such processing, provide you with any relevant information on such additional purpose, and, to the extent required by applicable law, obtain your consent for this.

In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track Non-Personal information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis.

2. Financial Information

We use third party processors to collect payment information, such as valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information, to process payments for customer transactions. This information is required to be submitted as part of our checkout process. We do not have access to any of this financial information; it is submitted directly to our third-party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”), which uses the information to process your payment. The use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy.

3. Children's Privacy

Stickerspace’s Services, including the Site, are not targeted for use by children. Stickerspace will never knowingly request or collect personal information from any child. If you are under eighteen years old, please do not provide your information on our Site. Upon notification that a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete the child’s personally identifiable information from our records. 4. Do Not Track Signals, Cookies, and Other Technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, mobile analytics software, log files, or other technologies to collect certain information about your online activity and interactions with our emails, advertisements, and to allow us to keep track of analytics and certain statistical information that enables Stickerspace to improve our services and provide you with more relevant content and advertising offered by Stickerspace. You may, however, disallow receiving cookies at any time through your web browser. It is not our intention to use cookies to retrieve information that is unrelated to our Site or your interaction with our Site. At this time, we do not respond to browser “do not track” or “DNT” signals.


1. Personal Information

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for Stickerspace, such as the Payment Processor, who perform services and functions on our behalf to support our interactions with you. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In connection with your use of the Site, you may be asked to opt-in to receive informational or marketing offers, or to otherwise consent to the sharing of your information with a third party. If you agree to have your personal information shared with a third party, your personal information will be disclosed to the third party and will be subject to the privacy policy and business practices of that third party. In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide support, and inform users about promotional offers.

We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable government request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

2. Non-Personal Information

In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.

In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information to us in an email, though we may ask you to enter this type of information on a Stickerspace Site. You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional references you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out, we may continue to send you administrative and transactional emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy or communications regarding a Service activated by you, or information pertinent to a transaction that you initiated with us - like an order.

If you choose to submit a Consumer Request, you must provide us with enough information to identify you and enough specificity of the requested data. Stickerspace will only use the information it receives to respond to your request. Stickerspace will not be able to disclose information if it cannot verify that the person making the Consumer Request is the person about whom we collected information, or someone authorized to act on such person’s behalf.

  1. Request to Access. You may submit a Consumer Request to obtain a copy of or access to the personal information that Stickerspace has collected on you.
  2. Request to Know. You may submit a Consumer Request to receive information about Stickerspace’s data collection practices. You may request information on the categories of personal information (as defined by California Law) Stickerspace has collected about you; the categories of data collection sources; the categories of third parties with whom Stickerspace shares personal information, if any; and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. Please note that the categories of personal information and sources will not exceed what is contained in this Policy. Additionally, Stickerspace is not required to retain any information about you if it is only used for a one-time transaction and would not be maintained in the ordinary course of business. Stickerspace is also not required to re-identify personal information if it is not stored in that manner already, nor is it required to provide the personal information to you more than twice in a twelve-month period.
  3. Request to Delete. You may request that Stickerspace delete your personal information. Subject to certain exceptions set out below we will, on receipt of a verifiable Consumer Request, delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. Please note that we may not delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
    1. Provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonable anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
    2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive activity, and take all necessary and appropriate steps to mitigate current and future risk;
    3. Debug and repair internal information technology as necessary;
    4. Undertake internal research for technological development and demonstration;
    5. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
    6. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
    7. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
    8. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
    9. Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
    10. Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

Stickerspace believes that you have every right to your data and will not treat you differently because of your Consumer Request activity. As a result of your Consumer Request activity, we may not and will not deny goods or services to you; charge different rates for goods or services; provide a different level of quality of goods or services; or suggest any of the preceding will occur. However, we can and may charge you a different rate, or provide you a different level of quality, if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided by your personal information.

However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site and the Service. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our Site or via our Service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on any Linked Site or for the privacy practices or security standards used by third parties on such Linked Sites. These Linked Sites have separate privacy and data collection practices, and we have no responsibility or liability relating to them. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application. Some features of the Service may now or in the future allow you to provide content, such as written comments or reviews, submitting designs, or interactive responses to content to be published or displayed on public areas of the Site (“User Content”).
