What file formats do you accept?

We accept every standard artwork file format! Send us your artwork and we will provide you with a proof in hours. Changes can be made to proofs until you are happy with your design.

Vector artwork is recommended when possible. Make sure your artwork is saved at 300 PPI for the best results.

Why was I unable to upload my artwork?

If you are unable to upload your artwork click “upload artwork later”. This allows you to finish the ordering process. After ordering, email support@mystickerspace.com with your order number and attach your artwork.

Are your stickers weatherproof?

Yes! We use premium vinyl that is made to last 5+ years outdoors. Our stickers are then covered with laminate to protect them from sun fading, scratches, and water.

When will I receive my proof?

If you ordered printed stickers or transfer stickers, we will send you a proof within 24 hours. Please keep an eye out for an email with a link to your proof.

Where are you located?

Sticker Space is based in Provo, Utah and ships all over the United States.

How do I apply my transfer stickers or social media stickers?

Should my artwork be in RGB or CMYK?

It is always best to have your artwork designed in CMYK when preparing for print. Printers use CMYK to create your print. To get the closest coloring to your design CMYK is the way to go!

What if my art is low resolution?

Once you upload your artwork, you will receive a warning if your artwork is low resolution.

It is up to you to decide if you are ok with having them printed in low resolution. Otherwise you can simply upload a new file with high resolution.

With the warning of "average resolution" your stickers should come out ok as long as you are not super picky about sharp lines. However we do suggest to upload a vector PDF or image of 300 DPI in the size of your printing.

Can I do a tax-exempt order?

Yes, we can! We can apply your tax-exemption certificate to your account to make all orders tax-exempt. You will need to create an account with us and send us your certificate for us to verify before placing your order. Any orders created with the email address that was provided will automatically be marked tax exempt during checkout.

We cannot apply this after placing an order so please email support@mystickerspace.com with your certificate before placing the order to avoid delays.

What is the minimum order for custom stickers?

The minimum quanity for die cut custom stickers is 25. This is for most of our stickers. Transfer stickers have a quantity of 1.

Is there a discount on multiple designs?

We do not offer a discount on having multiple designs ordered at the same time. Since our minimum is so low we cannot offer any additional discount.

Can I get samples of your sticker materials?

You can order samples of the different custom sticker materials by emailing support@mystickerspace.com. If you plan on making a larger order, you can also make a minimum order first to test out your custom design.

Order and Payment

What currency do you use?

RIght now, the only accepted currency is USD.

Do you offer refunds?

Stickerspace will replace stickers in the event of a quality control issue or if your order is damaged during transit. You can view our return policy here.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is secure. Our website uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption security techniques. The payment provider we work with (Stripe) is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable) and uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption to ensure all payments are secure.

My card keeps getting declined.

Your payment may be getting decdlined for multiple reasons.

  1. Ensure you are entering your current billing address and info during checkout.
  2. Ensure your card is not expired
  3. Ensure your card is properly funded

Shipping and Delivery

When will I receive my items?

All orders ship out 2-4 business days following the date proofs have been approved.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, no. We only ship within North America.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping costs depend on the shipping weight, method, and destination. Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page.

Can I pay to have my order processed faster?

We offer an option to have expedited fulfillment for your order at an extra price. You can select this option at checkout.
